About
Kevin M. Seibert, Esq. has a diverse background shaped by his upbringing in a military family. Born in Georgia, Kevin's travels across the United States have contributed to his broad perspective and adaptability. He is a member of both the South Carolina Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.
Kevin's academic achievements include a B.A. with honors in English from the University of Georgia, where he was an active member of Theta Chi Fraternity. His academic pursuits also led him to study at Oxford in 2000, and his commitment to service was demonstrated through his involvement with the Peace Corps in Uganda from 2001 to 2002. He pursued his legal education at Ave Maria School of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Board and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Recently, Kevin completed his M.A. in Theology from Saint Leo University, further enhancing his education. His legal career includes serving as acting Law Clerk for Judge Reck in the Probate Court and 44th Circuit Court Family Division in Howell, Michigan. He subsequently managed successful law firms specializing in family law, criminal defense, probate, and estate planning in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Charleston, South Carolina.
Kevin is a dedicated member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Charleston, where he has served as an altar server, lector, and OCIA teacher, and he is ordained as a permanent deacon in the Diocese of Charleston. In his spare time outside of his professional and spiritual duties, Kevin enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with his family.
