About

Rebecca A. Seibert, Esq. is a licensed attorney in both South Carolina and Georgia. A native of New Jersey, she graduated from The Lawrenceville School before earning her B.A. in French and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Chi Omega sorority.

She began her career in the title industry as a title examiner in 2001 and eventually became a licensed title insurance agent in Michigan, Georgia, and South Carolina. Although she no longer holds those licenses, she maintains a strong interest in developments in the real estate and title industries.

She received her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, where she received the prestigious St. Thomas More Scholarship. During her time at Ave Maria, she was a charter member of the Criminal Justice Society and served as Vice Dean of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.

During law school, she continued her legal career with a summer externship at the Washtenaw County Friend of the Court in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she focused on child support modifications and researched proposed amendments to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act.

Following law school, she practiced real estate law with Morris|Hardwick|Schneider, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, and later worked with Buist, Byars & Taylor, LLC in the firm’s North Charleston and Kiawah/Seabrook offices.

In addition to her legal work, she is active in her faith community as a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Charleston, where she serves as a cantor, choir section leader, and, occasionally, a religious education teacher. She holds an M.A. in Theology from Saint Leo University.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, holding a special place in her heart for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
