Kevin M. Seibert, Esq.
Kevin M. Seibert, Esq. is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Georgia Bar, as well as the Charleston County Bar Association. He received his B.A. with honors in English from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity. He then attended Ave Maria School of Law, where he was chosen to sit on the Moot Court Board and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He studied in Oxford in 2000 and was involved in the Peace Corps in Uganda in 2001 and 2002.
Rebecca A. Seibert, Esq.
Rebecca A. Seibert, Esq. is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Georgia Bar, as well as the Charleston County Bar Association. A graduate of The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, she received her B.A. in French and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Chi Omega sorority.

Dena J. Hardison, Paralegal
Dena is a native Charlestonian and has been with the firm and its predecessor, the Law Office of Stanley W. Jaskiewicz, Jr., since 1999. She is a graduate of Summerville High School and attended Trident Technical College. She is a paralegal working primarily in family and criminal law. Dena has the experience and knowledge required to help our clients through the difficulties of divorce and other domestic issues as well as criminal proceedings. She lives with her husband and four children in Summerville.
Catherine L. Mizzell, Office Manager
Catherine is a native Charlestonian and has been with the firm and its predecessor, the Law Office of Stanley W. Jaskiewicz, Jr., since 2001. She is a graduate of Summerville High School and has a passion for helping people. She is the smiling face our clients see when they come through the door, and she is an approachable, friendly, and reassuring presence in our office, keeping everything running smoothly. She lives with her husband, son, and granddaughter in Hanahan.
Baxter, Head of Security/Therapist
Baxter is a native of the Orangeburg area and has been with the firm since he was adopted as a puppy from the Orangeburg SPCA in early 2013, but his pedigree is unknown. He flunked out of obedience school but has discovered a knack for growling and barking at anyone he doesnâ€™t know and doing tricks for dog treats as well as decreasing the stress of the humans around him. During the day he resides in Denaâ€™s office and specializes in defending her from foreign invaders.
